What do companies and/or restaurants focus on to create a “WOW!” effect? Think of a time where you were either at a restaurant or dealing with a company and you thought: WOW! I am impressed with the outstanding service! I know this does not happen often… But what was different? What was the restaurant or company offering that stood out? I bet it has everything to do with their focus on THE CLIENT! Looking for a way to “make our client’s day” and not expecting anything in return is what makes outstanding service.
