Overcoming your challenges
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by the challenges you face? Are there things that are blocking you in your business but you are afraid to ask for help? Have you had people tell you your business will never work? You can’t do it? You can’t do it is something our speaker this week has heard often…but for different reasons.
Like all entrepreneurs, Michael Lifshitz, has faced challenges. The only difference is some of his are somewhat more apparent. He was born with a defect called Multiple Congenital Musculoskeletal Abnormalities. Michael walks with a cane and uses a wheelchair for longer distances. Contrary to what many would believe possible, Michael obtained a CA designation and an MBA. He started his own accounting practice, which he built up to 100 clients before selling it in 2004. Spending two years working in finance at McGill, he missed the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Michael joined one of the countries largest financial planning firms in August 2006 as a consultant.
Come join us for a motivational morning on how to overcome the barriers in your life. What are the flight of stairs with no elevator (Michael’s pet peeve) in your life?
A WE² bit about Michael:
