We, consist of four bodies: the physical body, the spiritual body, the mental body and the emotional body. For our bodies to operate and feel at their best level; they need to have the proper care. For example:
- The physical body needs healthy food, physical activity; good air, quality products and rest.
- The mental body needs to be challenged; have diversity, distraction and sleep.
- The emotional body needs to feel love and connection; have fun and feel grounded and have time to connect with your soul.
- The spiritual body needs to feel connected to a higher source, feel growth and contribution and to meditate.
Did you notice that all of the four bodies need rest, connection to our own source and meditation? They all need a quite pause in the middle of our busy days.
Having time to tune in or meditate is not a luxury anymore but a necessity. It is a must for our own well-being. It keeps us is a proactive mode and prevents us from falling into a reactive mode. Even 5-10 minutes a day will have an amazing impact in you!
