If you start listening to yourself your inner voice finds an audience in you. As a result the outer voices don’t matter as much as before. When you are not concern about how you are seen by others, a state of inner peace emerges in you. When you are peaceful you are happy indeed.
When you don’t cling on to anything or anyone, fear is not there. Know when, what, and where to keep versus let go. Such knowledge comes with practice and awareness.
